Senior Production Manager

The Senior Production Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of platform-native programs, series, campaigns and creative assets. Working with editorial, digital and creative teams, this role turns an approved content slate into high-quality work delivered on time, on budget and to agreed standards. Key responsibilities - Lead commissioning, pre-production, filming, post-production, quality gates and final delivery across concurrent productions and specials. - Build schedules, rundowns, call sheets, budgets and resourcing plans; manage vendors, equipment, locations and freelance crews. - Lead and develop producers, presenters, editors, designers, animators and production crews. - Own visual execution across graphics, motion, sound, colour, subtitling, set design, campaign assets and reusable templates. - Establish formal quality-control checklists and release gates covering picture, sound, continuity, graphics, subtitles, branding, rights, file and version control, and platform specifications. - Coordinate premieres and complete social asset handovers, including cut-downs, stills, quotes and hooks. - Review watch time, completion and production efficiency, using findings to improve formats, workflows and team capability.
